The Guest House The guest house sits 300 feet off the lake and is very private. Renters have access to 50 of the 120 feet of lake frontage, plus use of the dock. The interior has been completely redone, with new countertops, stove, refrigerator, sink, beautiful flooring, and decorator quality furniture. This has two very large bedrooms with 2 baths. One bedroom has a king bed with a Jacuzzi tub/shower. The other bedroom has a king bed plus bunk beds. The other bathroom has a shower. We strived to maintain much of the original cottage charm, but with updates that will make this a extremely comfortable cottage. Both bedrooms and the living area have new wall AC units. Although no lake view from the cottage, it does offer fantastic water and sunsets from the beach and/or dock. The remainder of the property is our personal residence for two adults, so it will always be a private oasis for the right family.  No pets, no smoking, absolutely no more than 6 total, with a max of 4 adults.
